RETURNS ARE REFUNDED VIA STORE CREDIT FOR MODANISTA BOUTIQUE. MODANISTA BOUTIQUE does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
Online Return Policy:
All body suit items, lingerie and leggings are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
Also you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items return to us must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
Returned items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are all considered non-returnable items.
All returns must include an MODANISTA BOUTIQUE order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
When sending back items to MODANISTA BOUTIQUE remember we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please be sure to track the arrival of your packages and keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns for MODANISTA BOUTIQUE are typically processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
If the customer receives an item from us that is damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the item must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages:
If the customers address is invalid or missing information, the mail carrier is unable to deliver your package, or the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery, the Returned-to-Sender or Refused Package will be restocked and you will be issued a via store credit for merchandise only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Sorry but we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. This would include making sure that you use correct abbreviations, street numbers and building or apartment numbers.
MODANISTA BOUTIQUE does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
